... for Paizo to ship an order once all items are labeled "ready to ship?"
Apparently, more than 4 days.
I will be cancelling this order by completion of business today, unless there is a pretty good reason posted or in my email as to why this is happening. I know you guys are Mom and Pop small, but that's not an excuse, that is a reason to go out of your way to provide the best service you can.
And I think it's fairly clear that at this point, the only answer I am interested in hearing is "You shouldn't cancel because we just shipped your order just now."

Saighead,
There are two problems on your order. The first is that we ordered two of the metal set, but only received one from our distributor, so we're awaiting the second. They don't mess things up like that very often; I apologize on their behalf.
The second is that this situation has revealed a bug in our system—it shouldn't be showing as ready to ship, because it clearly isn't. We'll fix this promptly; again, we apologize, and we thank you for helping us uncover this.
If you like, I can cancel your entire order, or I can make sure the warehouse ships the two items we have now. I've already deducted the shipping and handling charges, so if you choose to take any portion of the order, shipping is on us.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience—please let me know how you want to proceed, and I'll get you taken care of.

It always seems to be my orders that uncover these bugs or distribution problems...
I'd like to take you up on your offer to have the items that are available now to ship, and I will wait on your distributor to fulfill their obligation to you on the final metal set. In fairness, I'll be willing to accept the shipping cost on that set.
Additionally, (largely because I know some online savvy folks tend to check these boards before making a purchase), I think it only appropriate to state that this is exactly the kind of service and resolution I would hope for in these circumstances. Thank you for that, it will bring me back for other orders.

I've tasked the warehouse folks to jump on that.

The cost to ship one set of dice is the same as the cost to ship three sets of dice, so it would save you nothing. No worries—all the shipping is on us.
