In reading the Red Hand of Doom recently, I really liked the sidebars that explain things, and offer advice on complications you might have when running the adventure.
Would the folks at Dungeon consider making this part of the standard adventure format?
I too would love to see this but I suspect space would be the concern cited. I also liked having the stat blocks grouped together at the end of the adventure rather than inside the adventure text itself, that is a formatting feature I would like to see.

I on the other hand prefer to have the stat blocks as close as possible to the place that I will be using them, so that I don't have to either make photocopies of certain pages before the adventure or flip to the end of the adventure during combat.

The realities of how magazines are put together (limited space, ad placement, layout, etc.) means that we won't be changing where the stat blocks appear in an adventure; they'll continue to appear in the encounters where they're most likely to be needed.
As for the Designer's Notes sidebars that appeared in Red Hand of Doom... there's just no room for these in Dungeon. Now that said... I read these boards all the time so if anyone has any questions about the hows and whys of something in an adventure, just post and I'll get to it pretty quickly.
