Since moving to Santa Monica 9 months ago, my Dungeons come late or not at all (and Paizo has corrected this each time I've reported it). Now the order in the subject shipped 4 May by Priority Mail Parcel and has not arrived. I just sent email and am following up here in case this is more frequently read.

By contrast another vendor in NC sent a package 9 May by Priority Mail and it arrived 11 May.

While the USPS has a target delivery time of 2–3 days for Priority Mail, it's not guaranteed. While your package left our system on May 4, it probably didn't enter their system until May 5, so the USPS won't even consider it late until May 19. I can tell you that your package hasn't been returned to us, and, in our experience, they rarely lose them... but sometime it just takes way longer than it ought to.

All of our subscription issues ship at the same time, so if moving has increased your delivery time, that's also all due to the Postal Service.

The first thing I'd suggest is to verify the address we have for you (click the "[url="https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account"]My Account[/url[" link at the top of the page), and change it if needed.

You might also want to consider complaining to your new post office, or if you can, using a different shipping address served by another post office.
