I've got a cleric/thamaturist approaching his planar cohort special ability. He's been wearing Zosiol's Circlet from the 1st adventure on and I was thinking it would be nice to give him a "Wind Duke" related cohort.
I've been looking for a good air creature (lawful would be nice as well but not necessary) to act as his cohort. So far I haven't had much luck. Djinni looks to be the only real option but it just doesn't feel right.
Also though of an advanced wind warrior but not sure that's what the party needs. Anyone know of any other air creatures that might fit the bill?

Arrowhawks aren't bright, but they'll do. Air mephits are good for comic relief, but not much else. A wind warrior with class levels might be your best best. Or a sylph.
