Though not a game-stopping problem, I noticed that the map does not realistically portray various areas of Blackmaw prison, e.g., kitchen, workshop, etc. It's pretty easy to play past this by treatin such areas as off map, but a five foot wide twenty-some odd foot long mess hall just isn't realistic. Just thought I'd share that with you.

Also, it seems that the cellblocks are pretty small in number compared to the potential prison population. I'm thinking of resolving this by creating two level twos and have the second added level just a repeat of the level two already on the map.

Last, it may make for better play by dragging out the events over various days instead of condensing everything together into just two days of activity. One thing that is nice with dragging things out is to simply give the PCs a sense of the flow of prison life and how tedious it can be ... and likewise give them opportunities to start to gather who's who, as well as what's to come in a more realistic and less-condensed manner.
