Looking for Player's Map to Cauldron

Does anybody have a black & white scan of the Cauldron map, with less detail than the ones available for download, so the players can make notes on the map? Something like the map that's printed in part on the inside front cover of the HC? I realize I can tell my printer to print the given one out in black & white; what I get is mostly black...

That would be v. handy. Also, a map without numbers on it... "Hmmm... lava tubes... why would lava tubes be important? Hey, we're on the lookout for somebody sneaking into the mountain under the city... coincidence?" "Mercenary camp? Why would there be a mercenary camp? And why do we need to know where it is?"

There is a map exactly like you describe over at RPGenius, but it is color.

Converting should be a snap - Change the color to grayscale, adjust the brightness and contrast in your favorite editor (I use Gimp), save, and print.
