I have a few questions for the feats in #343:
1) Ricochet seems rather high in prerequisites and it doesn't really do much. Any particular reason behind the high prerequisites?
2) Energy Strike doesn't state if it applies to any of your energy resistances or only one per day or one only chosen at the time you take the feat. Favored Souls eventually get two and three different energy resistances, if I am not mistaken?
3) Dedicated Nuisance seems possibly overpowered? It says you make a melee touch attack to get it working (too easy for warriors). What if (oddly) the 1st attack misses, can you use your iterative attacks to try again? Could you do the melee touch attack and use your remaining attacks to strike? Seems to me something like this should be one melee touch attack as a full-round action?

Hey there.. in response to your concerns...
1. Any feat that adds yet another possible attack during one action should have a pretty high prerequisite. There are a few simple feats that do this already, so when adding yet another, we strive to make sure it is a higher level game options.
2. You can choose the energy type at the beginning of the day if you have multiple resistances.
3. Using Dedicated Nuisance is an action all to itself. Nowhere does it state that it can be performed as part of a normal attack routine.
Hope that helps

Ah, so when you use the feat, it uses up a Standard Action I assume? Leaving you only with a Move Action left?
