Check e-bay. Another option would be to buy the PDF and then take it to Kinko's and have it professionally printed and bound. I did that with a PDF Greyhawk book I bought and for $9 they printed it in B&W ($14 for color) and bound it with a plastic spiral that lets me lay it flat. I might do that with all my PDF's, so pleased am I with the result of that.
