"Chimes at Midnight" missing info?

Om page 19, of Issue 133 in the stat block for Hobgoblin Fugitives the Melee section, it gives a stat for the longsword then has the word "and" with nothing after it and then goes to the Base Atk section.
So what's missing?

Nothing's missing. That "and" is a typo. I even went back and checked to see if they originally had another weapon that was cut, but they didn't.

I suspect it's a copy/paste error.
