Hey, I remember these from 1st ED, where are the 3.5 stats? I can't find them anywhere.

Ah yes, now its a Talisman of Reluctant Wishes.

This is one of those confusing SRD-vs-core books differences. It's still a talisman of Zagyg in the core books, but the SRD has removed all proper names.

It's listed as a minor artifact in the DMG.

An equivalency table for the various items renamed in the SRD would be useful; is there such a thing already out there somewhere?
