Savant into Chameleon?

The Chameleon prestige class (Races of Destiny) requires a feat that reduces the cost of all cross-class skills (Able Learner). Since the Savant class has all skills as class skills, should they take Able Learner?

I would change that prerequisite for the Savant so that he has to take something on the order of Skill Focus (Bluff).

Yes, because all skills aren't class skills for Chameleon. With Able Learner, you can still put skill points into Chameleon CC skills at a 1 point per rank rate. In addition, if a skill is a class skill for one of your classes, you can always put up to (character level + 3) ranks into it. Able Learner + Savant 1 = All skills are effectively class skills forever, regardless of class.
