I have a question for you guys at pazio. If an item is in your online shop does it mean you can get it, or does it mean you think you can get it? For example I wish to order the Dragonlance DMs screen until I noticed that it takes 4-13 weeks for delivery. What exactly does that mean? Why would it take so long and why would you put something in your online store that you do not even have?

Some things we keep in stock; many more things have to be ordered from our distributors. This is the only way that we're able to offer over 25,000 items.
As you purchase an out-of-stock item, we verify that our primary distributor is still offering that item before your order is finalized, so it's very rare that someone is able to order something we can't actually get—it only happens when somebody has bad inventory data. Even then, we do have other distributors we buy from that can often cover items we can't get through our primary channel.

...however, 4–13 weeks is an unusually long time for us to be quoting. I just checked, and found a problem with that specific product's information. It has been corrected, and now displays "Usually ships from our warehouse in 3 to 8 business days," which is true of most of the products we offer.
We're looking into the bug that resulted in the improper display—thanks for bringing it to our attention.
