Hi all,
I'm doing prep work for my successor campaign to the SCAP, and I want to set the PCs in around Gheldaneth, Mulhorand. Can anyone suggest some good 'bad guy humanoids' that would like in Mulhorand or Unther I could use for low-level encounter goons?
Thanks!
Lizard-man cultists who of Set. Simple, easy, and different from the SCAP. Give them khopeshs and watch the scales fly. =)

Ophidians are a pretty good idea too (and I have about 8 of the minis for them lying around). They seem 'desert-lizard'ish.
I'm trying to avoid orcs in *every* part of the world. What monsters I use as goons sets a bit of the tone of the area. For the Wizard's Reach, I'm going for a Greek/Sinbad/Ray Harryhausen feel for my monsters, so in that 'food chain' or 'CR ladder' I replaced goblins with Kenku, orcs with Gnolls, and ogres with Minotaurs ...
I figure in my world, mountain orcs are mostly up around the Silver Marches, Cormyr, etc., and the gray orcs are in Vaasa, Damara, Thay, Rashemen, and the Endless Wastes. I'll assume they've migrated into the mountains and hills -- I suppose there might be some gray orcs in Murghom as well ...
