When Teleporting, is it possible to have the people teleported appear exactly where you want them to?
Curahn, they need to be touching each other and at least one of them touching the caster. They should arrive at their destination pretty much the same way. Since the recipient's of the spell are allowed a Will save to resist it if they do not want it, it stands to reason that you can't just teleport them upside down, prone, or whatever.
Also, according to the on target table, as long as the caster does no arrive off target, yes, they will arrive exactly where the caster intends if that is what you mean.

Yeah, you could certainly do that. Just remember the caster is going with that person to whatever "fatal situation" you have in mind. The extra people or objects are just so much baggage that the teleporter can take with him. So, telling your "victim" that you're heading one place and actually heading somewhere like the heart a live volcano would be just as detrimental to the caster. Unless, of course, the caster has already spelled up with protection from fire or whatever is applicable and nothing keeps him from teleporting right out again (minus the extra baggage).
