I already send this per email to customer service:
Hey there!
The above mentioned order was marked as "shipped" on February 07. Another
order of me, The Red Hand of Doom adventure, was marked as shipped on
February 09.
I have already received the Adventure, but order # 612071 has not arrived
yet. If you already shipped it, is there some way for me to contact postal
services and get the status of said package?
I know international shipping takes longer (I live in Germany), but Paizo
orders have always arrived after about 7-10 days.
I would really appreciate it, if you could help me out, as I eagerly await
the package for my game sessions :)

It took awhile for the order to be shipped, because the order included the Forgotten realms novel 'Son of Thunder', which was not available at the time I ordered.
I hope you guys can help me out, my stuff still has not arrived yet :(
(And I hope my english is understandable)

The order did ship via Global Priority on February 7; it should take 4–6 days, so, yes, you should have had it about two weeks ago. It's not trackable, but in our experience, the post office really doesn't lose large parcels very often, but sometimes, for no apparent reason, it can take up to six weeks for a Global Priority parcel to be delivered (or returned to us). Can you give it a couple more weeks, and let us know?
