Alright, so this is my last recourse. I send three emails to CS about Dragon 339 not being delivered to me. The last one sent on February 18th only got an automated "we have received, do not respond" response in return, and thats all. Its gettting frustrating to not have these delivered.
All I really want is to know where my copy of Dragon 339 is, and why the other issues seem to be consistently arriving late. Is there some kind of problem with having mail delivered to Canada? If there is thats cool, its just that I'd like some kind of acknoledgement of this fact, or what the problem seems to be.

I'm sending out a replacement.
It did seem like we were getting more complaints from Canadian subscribers than usual, so we did some looking into it. You can read about that in this thread.
