Is there a given location that cauldron is supposed to be in the Greyhawk campaign setting, or is it left up to the individual DMs to place it?
The "official" location for Cauldron in Greyhawk is the Hellfurnaces on the edge of the Amedeio Jungles. Unlike AoWAP the SCAP wasn't originally made with Greyhawk in mind, so the regional history, background, and maps don't quite fit, but it's close enough.

Thanks. I heard that somewhere but also was thinking of placing it in between Highfolk and Ket.

Highport, you mean? In that case you will probably have to change some of the chapters, since they are dependent on a jungle environment and climate. However, since the campaign is mostly city based I don't see a big problem with that.

Where can I find more information about the Amedio Jungle region and the Hellfurnaces?

There's some information in the D&D Gazetteer, and I'm sure there's more in Living Greyhawk Gazetteer but I've been having trouble getting my hands on one. In addition to that you can find information about Amedio Jungle in Oerth Journal. I'm not sure which issue, but you can download them all from Canonfire.
