Hey there friendly Paizo Customer Service People,
I was wondering which contact method ya'll prefered. Email, telephone or these boards?
We prefer e-mail, but at the moment, we have a bit of a backlog. While phoning us will probably produce the quickest response right now, the time it takes to answer one phone call can often be used to answer a couple of e-mails, so it's inefficient for us. The boards are really most useful as a one-to-many communication tool, meaning it's best for more general questions, such as yours. (Besides, some questions posed on the boards can't be answered appropriately on the boards, such as when the question is "why hasn't my order shipped" and the answer is "because you tried to use a stolen credit card.")
