Baphomet's claw attack damage?

Dragon Magazine General Discussion

James,

Like his predecessor, Baphomet looks fantastic. Great job as always. One question though. Baphomet's combat section states:

"If his enemies manage to crowd him and stay inside the reach of his glaive, Baphomet sheathes the weapon and fights with his two claws, his bite, and his gore attack."

However, the attack lines don't list a claw attack. What should the damage be?

Thanks!

Hmmm... looks like his claw attacks got eaten by the editors.

If Baphomet makes a full attack without his glaive, use these attacks:

2 claws +36 (1d6+15) and
bite +34 (1d8+10) and
gore +34 (1d8+10/19–20/×3)

Muchas gracias. :)

Also, should his threat range with his gore be 18-20, since Augmented Critical grants him natural threat range of 19-20, and he has Improved Critical (gore)? I figure as much...just want to make sure Augmented Critical still works the same.

Actually, his threat range for his gore attack should be 17–20, since Augmented Critical and Improved Critical (gore) stack in the same way a longsword's natural threat range and Impmroved Critical (longsword) stack.

Oh yeah...good point!

Thanks again.

He has the see invisibility special quality listed but not detailed in th description. Was this supposed to be omitted or included with his statistics?

He can see invisibility as the spell at all times. Not much more needs to be said really, but it probably should have had a short note in the text.

Ah, ok cool, I am so used to seeing an entry for See Invisibility it seemed out of sync not to see one and it threw me off.

But you're right, it should be assumed, especially since the bulezaus have the same thing, and it saves space in the magazine.
