No Answers from Customer Service


Customer Service


I have called numerous times, left messages and emailed regarding quesions I had and orders I have placed. The phone calls haven't been answered, my emails/voice-mails remain un-returned and no one has gotten back to me at all.

How do I get a hold of cutomer service??? This is ridiculous.


Ok - Although I had been trying to reach Paizo CS since the end of last week, Cosmo did return my voice-mail from yesterday. He answered my questions and painlessly fixed my orders. Please forgive my frustration in the last post.

Needless to day I am very much satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Cos!

We have a bit of an e-mail backlog right now. A few of us will be pitching in to help Cosmo catch up, before additional long-term help comes onboard. Sorry for the delay...

No problem. I emailed again and called today after speaking to Cosmo becuase of an unexpected email confirmation and some holds on the bank account. I'll practice a little more patience this go around. Thanks.
