missing item - no replies #603442

Hi there..

I've received 2 shipments from Paizo:
first 2 x The Order of the Stick: On the Origin of PCs

second delivery should be
2 x The Order of the Stick: Dungeon Crawlin’ Fools

Now the second shipment arrived - with only one book included.

I've already sent 2 emails and have tried to contact paizo via OOTS-Message board - still no reply.

Now, when do I get my missing book? Do I have to pay AGAIN the shipping costs?!
