Thanks for the kind words. You are right, we rarely hear about the good stuff, but rather hear about the stuff that didn't go right. I appreciate you taking the time to write back to let us know that we are doing a good job. I have a great team here at Paizo and I am proud as punch of them! :)

I'm with him on this. My only problems with any orders from Paizo have fallen more on the us postal service than your responses. The quality of the products has been consistently good, and the ship dates have always been reasonable and timely.

Now if the Post Office could only follow your example.
