Assuming you can't find individual issues anywhere but the internet, why wouldn't you want to order from Paizo?
I completed my collection of 3rd edition Dungeon magazines by ordering through them and their prices and shipping charges were very competitive. I did get a few issues on e-bay, but mostly those that Paizo was out of stock on.

To all you guys out in Paizo, I was wondering if you sell individual issues in stores, in Canada.
Sure! Pretty much any retailer that carries D&D products can order Dragon and Dungeon from their distributor.
Also, can I get back issues without ordering through the website?
I assume you mean you want to pay for an issue by check or money order.
You can do that, though we accept checks or money orders in US Dollars only. For non-subscription products, you'll need to figure out the shipping cost, and there are two ways to do that:
1. Go through the order process online—providing a shipping address so that postage gets calculated—right up to the point where you would enter the credit card information. Then, print off the web page (or write down the pertinent info), and send it with payment to the address below.

2. Contact our customer service department at (425) 289-0060 or e-mail us at customer.service@paizo.com; let us know what you want and where you want it shipped, and we'll calculate the shipping cost for you. Write down the pertinent info, and send it with payment to the address below.
