Hello, I would just like to ask that if I send a question to the Sage on e-mail using the address on the Dragon home-page, how can I recieve an answer? Only on the pages of Dragon, or in an e-mail? And how long does it take to recieve an answer (days or weeks or more)? Thanks for the help.
As far as I know, these days the Sage only answers questions in the pages of Dragon, and then only several months after receiving it - if you're looking for quick and personal answers, I'd say that these messageboards are probably a better option.

There are a ton of rules savy folks (including the editors) on the boards who will usually step in fairly quickly to answer questions.
