Hi,
on the 10/12 I placed order #600632 and are looking forward to continue getting my Dungeon Magazines!!
However, before the above subscription was prolonged, I had one magazine left of my old subscription and after addition of these 12 new magazines, it seems to have summed up my total number of magazine left to only 12 and not 13. This happended just during the time it took me to make the order. Just coincidently or a mishap?
I did mail customer service right away but have not gotten any reply.

Strange? I have 12 issue back on my screen and have had it like that since I left the order confirmation screen. But if you send a magazine off to me and it still says 12 magazines, everything i just fine.
