I'd like to see NPC stats for the key characters from "The City of Splendors" novel. Information about gemweave, coldsmoke/ice-smoke, and slipshields would also be helpful.

I think Elaine confirmed that she's writing an article for Wotc web site about the church. Some stats are already in a past Dragon Magazine (two gemcloacks iirc).
