Jzadirune and the Malachie Fortress on Alert

What's happened so far: The party, with Fario and Felian, enters Jzadirune from Ghelves Locks in search of the missing children. Seeing a light from behind an open door, they investigate and find a pair of skulks skulking within. They flee down opposite tunnels and the party splits up to follow, although with the skulks camoflage ability, they quickly lose them and end up randomly guessing which tunnel to follow.

The one group find the skulk guarding Ghelve's rat familiar, and he helps the rescue the rat and tells them of the secret door leading to the elevator. The other groups ends up facing a pulverizer, but one player tried ordering it in gnome and got it to stand down. Thanks to the permanent invisibility sphere, it vanished from sight and they forgot about it.

The two groups reunite and ambush the hobgoblins guarding the elevators and quickly dispatch them. They hand down and defeat the stone spike, but then the polymorphed ogre arrives and hacks away the party. (Mr. Slice and Dice they named). After he killed the paladin and downing the warforged (my game is in eberron) fighter, halfling rogue, and the sorcerer; the cleric of Vol uses cause fear to drive the ogre off. The rest quickly recover and heal their downed companions (they had to leave th warforged behind since he was too heavy for any of them) and retreat back up the elevator to rest and regroup.

Now I'm wondering how to modify things to adjust for a second incursion. Thoughts?

I thought I saw something on the board like this before, but I couldn't find the link.

I'm more concerned with my groups power level, so I'm not going to throw too much more at them. Just a couple of hobgoblins hiding behind the secret door to cut off their retreat, with maybe a zolgaunt.
