One of my characters wants to start forging his own arms and armor. I can't find any numbers on how much a small forge would cost, though. Any thoughts? Is it out there someplace?

The Stronghold Builder's Guide has some numbers. A smithy should run between 500 gp (basic) to 2,000 gp, for a space approximately 20 square feet. Yes... precious SBG... need 3.5 updating...
