Hi there,

I never receieved a response at the customer service email address, so I'm hoping my problem might be heard here. Recently I noticed that my subscription to Dragon counter was marked as expired. Today, I also receieved a subscription invoice.

The subscription was paid for in cash and in person at the Paizo booth at the Penny Arcade expo. Erik Mona was kind enough to provide me with his business card and signature as proof of payment. Now my question is, will it be necessary to provide this card to rectify this issue? Or is there another way this can be solved?

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've already talked to Devarus and gotten this cleared up - wouldn't want the messageboard community to think I'd leave a comrade hangin'.... :)
