Dungeon Magazine back issues and bonus sections

Some of the back issues of Dungeon magazine have a bonus subscriber only adventure in them. Do the back issues available in the Paizo store have these in them, or are they the retail version of the magazine (sans bonus)?

Sometimes it's the former, and sometimes it's the latter... if you want to send a list of questionable issues that you're interested in to [e-mail], I can run down to the warehouse and check for you. Thanks!
