Paid subscription but still received a bill.

I paid for my Dungeon subscription with my credit card, under My Subscription it shows I have a subscription, but I still received a bill in the mail asking for payment. I had first sent in a subscription request using the postcard from one of the magazines. I then received an issue with a card saying I could speed ud up payment and save a dollar by paying with my credit card, which I did because payment was pulled off my card. There must've been some miscommunication along the way.
