Not a Happy Camper

Hello, first time buyer from you guys. I'm kinda disappointed in your shipment speed, i mostly ordered this items for friends and this items i could of found elsewhere. I've ordered a lot of items from the internet, including from Canada (took 4 days to get here), from cards to games to clothes, but i dont understand why this shipment is taking so long? or why if they are such items i could of walk into a gamestore and pick 'em up, but its taking almost a week and a half (ordered Sept 18th, despacted Sept 22 w/ a delivery date of the 28th o_~) ? So just maybe in the future, i will try your services again, until something strikes me and until then i dont see myself ordering from you guys for a while. The prices are right and cheap, but i would take swiftness over price in some respects..

The broad selection we are able to provide requires that some of the items you can order from our site are not kept locally in stock in our warehouse. The shipping information provided to you when you check out indicates how many days we expect it will take before we can ship the items, as well as how long the shipping takes in transit.
