Subscription Renewal

Hello,
I have renewed my subscription to both Dungeon and Dragon Magazines, but the "My subscriptions" section of the site still says that i have only 2 issues left. Is it normal ?
Who should i contact ?

Thanks for letting us know - it wasn't showing up correctly because your first name in the shipping address was missing the accent aigu. I've fixed that, so you should now see the correct number of issues remaining. We'll set the programmers on squashing the bug that caused the problem, too.
