With the approaching release of MC's Ptolus city campaign (it look fantastic) will we be seeing Ptolus material in the same way we see Forgotten Realms material?
Appropriate seeing how this months 335 was heavily devote to Forgotten Realms.
That would be cool!

Somehow I doubt it. Given that Ptolus, test campaign or not, is still a d20 product and not a core D&D product, it doesn't look good for getting any Dragon article support. If you look at current trends, only FR, Greyhawk, and Eberron really get any support (not counting the campaign classics issues, which I love).
Kingdoms of Kalamar, which has fully branded a fully branded D&D license, dispite being a 3rd party published setting, and DragonLance, which is a D&D 3.5 campaign setting, dispite having its supplemental material published by Sovereign Press, don't seem to get any support, and they would have a stronger claim than Ptolus would.
I could be completely wrong, but I am just analysing the current trends here.

Sadly, I agree. And, just commenting, but Ptolus is going to be
$119!! That's just crazy. Plus, they have in option to "pay in installments". We're talking about a book here, not a car or house!! Geez!WaterdhavianFlapjack
