Age of Worms material from canon?

Age of Worms Adventure Path

What? Dragotha was mentioned first in White Plume Mountain? Zagyg founded Diamond Lake?

How much of the backstory to Age of Worms am I missing by not being a Greyhawk Guru? Can any of you more learned folk fill me in on some of the Easter Eggs lurking in the Adventure Path?

Prince Zeech is a former vassal of the Shield Lands who turned coat when Iuz showed up. He now worships Hextor. Manzorian is actually supposed to be Tenser, a former member of the GH Circle of the Eight who died but was then raised by means of a clone. His friend Balakarde is actually Bucknard, an old character from the Gygax days who was a compatriot and fellow adventurer of Tenser. Riggby, the cleric who raises Eligos, is the patriarch of Boccob who lives in Veluna (Clr17 last I heard). Riggby was the cohort of Bigby, another archmage who is still a member of the Circle of the Eight. The Rift Canyon is in the Bandit Kingdoms (near White Plume Mountain). The Wormcrawl Fissure is just west of the Rift and traditionally there are stories of spawn/sons of Kyuss being found there so it isn't actually anything new they came up with for AoW, just something they developed further.

Zagyg didn't found Diamond Lake, incidentally.
