The creature is an Umpleby.
But what Kyle said implies a unique being, so my money is on one of the Slaad lords, Ygorl or Ssendam. Particularly Ssendam.
Yeah, I guess it would be more epic to meet a Slaad lord, than an Umbly...Umplie...thing.

I mentioned an umpleby hairnet. Not a net made of umpleby hair. You know, for all the umpleby short order cooks out there.
Umplebys are only allowed to be wizard school cafeteria workers in my game. Still, the hair net is required.
