Does Paizo respond to Critical Threat submissions?

Dungeon Magazine General Discussion

I guess the title explains it all - but for a little clarification, I mean to ask: do you guys email authors who have submitted short articles (like Critical Threat articles) to tell them that you've received the submission, or is that only for adventures? Thanks!

David -

I've never received such a response for an adventure query, nor for any other sort of query - but I know they're receiving them, since I keep getting the rejection emails.

However, since I also get acceptance emails, I'm ill-inclined to complain. I do have two Critical Threat submissions that are about to hit the six month mark though, so maybe I'll email Jeremy about those. I'd wait a week to bug him though... he just got back from vacation to what I'm sure is a mountain on his desk.

Six months? Bah!

:)

As of right now, though subject to change without notice, I've got a CT scheduled to appear in issue #127, which I first submitted about 30 months ago (March '03).

A single drop of water (or the regular, every six month nagging email :) ) can wear down even the most unyielding stone.
