Here's an idea for you guys to think about:
Since you send orders from the online store via UPS, why not send shoppers an e-mail with their tracking numbers in it so we can track it at UPS.com ? Other places that I order from online send me messages so I know where my parcels are and when precisely I can expect them to arrive. I work 3rd shift so it would help me out a lot if I knew when to be up to get my package. Just something for you guys to think about. I'm heading to bed, later.

Shipment confirmation with tracking info, and the ability to track your shipments here at paizo.com (or at ups.com), are in the works right now, and will be implemented very soon.

36 business days implies that it's an international package. Unfortunately we don't offer tracking on international packages.

I second that - waiting for a shipment which left your warehouse on June 10th, and I am getting a little edgy. Although it can take up to 36 business days, transit time has never been that long before.

That is long. That almost never happens. But only almost.
I had one shipment, split in two (back when the Campaign Setting hardcover was released). One of the packages took two weeks, the other six.
So hang in there, all is not lost yet.
