I tried to renew my Dungeon subscription last week but I never got a confirmation email and my subscription page still shows that I have only 3 issues left. I swear the same thing happend with my Dragon sub too a few weeks ago. I was going to let it go and get Dungeon instead so I didn't think about it too much at the time. I don't want to miss any issues of Dungeon!

All fixed now.
The reason your new subscriptions were not showing is because the name on the address did not match your name. As such, the system made no assumption that you yourself were the intended recipient.
Because of this, you will receive duplicates of Dragon 334, which I have credited so that it doesn't count against your new Dragon sub.

Guess I shouldn't have changed my email address on the same visit. Oops.
Just to clarify, it's your actual first and last name on your account and the addressee first and last name on the shipping address that need to match. The email address is uninvolved.
