Missing Dungeon Issue #124

I have sent several email messages to Paizo customer service about Dungeon issue #124 which I never received in the mail and have not heard one response as of yet as to whether Paizo is sending me another issue. This is very disappointing customer service considering the fact that I never received a response back. I understand customer service is a thankless job but to not respond back about missing issues will only leave customers such as myself more frustrated..

Clearly Issue #124 was never sent or is lost in the mail. Yesterday, I already received Issue #125 which is great but not when I still have not received #124 yet. Can you send me another issue?

I'm sorry that your emails have gone unanswered and I'm also sorry that you've missed #124. We'll go ahead and send you another today. It will be heading out of Seattle so it should be to you next week sometime.
