The Destination Chart

Carter's Coaches - Destination Chart (pg61, Diamond Lake Backdrop, #124)

"Free City 3 days East" -- I'm pretty sure that should be west.
"Blackstone 1 day East" -- I think that supposed to be west too.

The others seem correct, Elmshire is indeed north (Nyr Dyv shoreline) and Blackwall Keep is indeed southeast (Mistmarsh shoreline).

Or were the directions altered to fit non-Greyhawk campaigns?

For Eberron, the Free City (Sharn) is north and somewhat west of Diamond Lake. It's probably an error.

I would assume the directions on the destination chart don't carry over when you convert to other campaign settings (Forgotten Realms & Eberron)

Both should say "west."
