I posted this question on another board, but thought I would get a quicker answer here.
Guys,
I think that a webpage for prospective players in Age of Worms would be really cool. Something easy, that perhaps gives a small blurb about the major NPC's of Diamond Lake, and perhaps a little color about the town, to assist players in coming up with character concepts. I plan on starting this after the next issue arrives. We always have gamed in Forgotten Realms, but from reading this, I just won 2 EBay auctions, one for the Greyhawk Gazeteer, and the other for Greyhawk, the adventure begins. I have my original Greyhawk maps, which haven't been used in 20 years, plus the side game I am running now, is Maure Castle...I digress....My idea was to help players come up with a concept, based on where they grew up, then to let the GM provide the basics. As it is, I am just going to ask them for a name, race and class, then create a background for them....but it would be cool if they could start with a feel for their surroundings...
