Looking for 5 level Dwarf Prestige Class

I remember reading about a 5 level prestige class for dwarfs in one of the past issues of Dragon.

I remember some things about the class. It centered around dwarf's that use hammer and axe. One of the PrC abilities was when the dwarf hit the ground with his hammer all opponents within 5 feet would get tripped (fall prone). Not sure of the other abilites.

This class originated from a video game if that helps.
