Greyhawk Poster Maps: What is a Black Triangle?

I have found a black triangle on the Greyhawk Poster Maps and I can't figure out what it stands for.

The location is listed as "Dekspoint", located on the coast of Grendep Bay, to the East of the Loftwood. It is North of the North Kingdom and South-Southeast of Ratik.

The Map Key does not list a black triangle. Can anyone help me out?

It's a Free City. We forgot to include the symbol on the final map key.
