For the past two weeks, I have been trying to get in touch with Paizo to re-send me Dungeon issues 121 & 122 which I have never received.
After waiting 1 week and getting no response to e-mail, I left three voice messages last week: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. In the e-mail and voice messages, I explained that I was missing these issues and would like them re-sent to me. I also provided my name, e-mail, address & phone number. I asked that someone let me know that my message was received and when the issues will be sent.
After my second message on Thursday, I received a voicemail from David at Paizo. He indicated he received my message from Tuesday, was returning my call and left me the customer support number. I tried to call back a few times but always get voicemail. Finally, I left another message on Friday. Still no response.
Although it's possible that someone has taken action on my request, I have no way of knowing. I am frustrated and feel that my requests are falling into the void due to the lack of response. Just an e-mail would be great.
Please help.
