Website Subscription problems

I renewed my subscription on your website a month ago. I still shows my current suscription being expired. I have written two emails detailing everything. WHY wont you answer my emails? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU POEPLE? I got better service using the Lap Flaps that fall out of the Magazine.

According to the invoice you sent me in my email my renewel to my subscription of Dragon went through. I have now received a notice in my email asking me to renew my subscription. I went to your website and logged onto my subscription and it told me I was expired. What the heck is up with that. Your email when I ordered it said you charged my Visa already. Please resolve this

Hi Eugene,

I'm sorry that no one has answered your emails but I've looked into your problem and fixed things for you. For some reason one of the fields in the data was absent and because of this it wasn't attached to your online account. You should now be able to see your new subscription and I've given you a free issue to replace the extra copy of Dragon 332 that we sent.
