Wrong item

I recently ordered the 8" plush Nyarlethotep. Unfortunately I got shipped the 4" plush Nyarlethotep. I emailed customer service and still haven't gotten a reply. How do I go about getting the right product, and what should I do with this one? And what's it take to get a response from your customer service email?

We'll take care of you. The mini-plush was our mistake, so feel free to keep it on us. We'll be sending out the 8" version to you later this week. Thanks again for shopping with us.
