in live in central america(panama especificaly)
can you send your orders by standard mail or the only way to send it here is by UPS?

Somebody else - probably Jeff - will have to answer your question about alternative shipping methods, but I can tell you that we've been putting a lot of effort into providing better shipping costs by way of UPS. If you haven't checked out shipping prices in the last couple of weeks, drop some stuff in your cart and see if it's any better.

Hi Samuel,
When we ship your order we will send it via USPS and not UPS. The cost for shipping something UPS internationally is extremely expensive compared to the cost for sending the same package via USPS.

when i ordered it is says it will take 4 to 6 days to ship
that a aproximate or a real value because tommorow 6 laboral days has pass since i put the order

Unfortunately there is no way to track International packages through USPS. And the shipping times can vary from country to country. I'd expect that your package will take something like 8-12 weeks to arrive. I know this is much different then 6 days, but there really is no way for us to give an accurate average for all international shipments. We've had very few packages that we've shipped internationally not arrive so please don't give up hope and please keep me informed as to its arrival.

The current shipping costs are ridiculous. I recently almost placed an order for 10 items, 6 of which were splatbook size and softcover, a DM's screen, and 3 hardcovers. Total weight...maybe 5 pounds. Item costs $90. Shipping costs $110. Needless to say I cancelled the order and you lost a sale.
