possible dugeon settings

Hello,
At the beginning of modules now in Dungeon there are blerbs for Game World, Level Range, and Setting.

I was wondering what all the possible values for Level Range (what constitutes mid-level vs. low) and for Setting (I've seen Dungeon-Crawl, Unban and Cold Swamp)

In the Dungeon writers guidelines they break up the level ranges like this... Low (1-5), Mid (6-12), High (13-20), Epic (21+).

as for the settings, I think they just use the setting that most of the actual adventure takes place in.
