I would be very grateful if you let me know in which issues those adventures will be published and for what player levels they will be designed.

Hmm, you've probably figured this out by now, but the Eberron mini-arc will be in issues #123 - #125; #123 appears next month (or next week for some geographically-favored subscribers). The first adventure is designed for 6th level characters.
